The salmon-colored lentils cook quickly and do not need to be soaked. These types of lentils, which are easily digestible, have a nice, nutty taste. Often used in fish, meat and vegetable dishes. 💡 Tip

The normal cooking time for red lentils
is approx. 10 minutes.
It is not recommended red lentils
soak beforehand.
The color fades when cooked.
Red lentils break down quickly and overcook easily.
