Whole cane sugar is the pure, unrefined, dried, crystallized juice of the sugar cane. The Vollrohrzucker intensive has much smaller sugar crystals, which are more intense in taste. All valuable ingredients from the sugar cane such as trace elements, minerals and vitamins, the rich brown color, but above all the delicious caramel-like flavor is retained.
The fine caramel-like aroma of cane sugar is particularly suitable for baked goods and chocolates.
