Sun-dried tomato halves salted with sea salt from Italy.
Beautiful untreated goods unsulphurized.
Sun-dried tomatoes contain a lot of lycopene, a powerful antioxidant. The tomatoes are gently sun-dried (38°C) and harvested fully ripe, so they have a wonderful aroma.
Dried tomatoes are versatile. Whether as a Mediterranean note in homemade bread, marinated in oil, as a snack or further processed in delicious recipes for antipasti, the dried tomato passes many healthy ingredients on to the body.
