This is a spice mixture you may have been waiting for for a long time.
(Pure private note: Last summer we worked with Brazilian friends (Brazilians are barbecue professionals) on this mixture. Since the celebration for my birthday, the boys and girls run me the "Bude", -vamos fazer around churrasco- when you grill again?)
A well hung steak, on both sides with coarse sea salt (Art.No. 619) rub in, groove, only shortly before the completion add the steak spice, so that the spices do not burn.
Ingredients: Onions, black pepper, sweet pepper, yellow mustard seed, brown mustard seed, coriander, hot pepper, cumin and caraway.
