Orange jam Beirabaga received the gold medal in an international competition in 2016.
Beirabaga jams are made from fresh fruit from our own fruit farm. The basis are old, traditional family recipes that have been handed down over several generations.
The jams do not contain any colourings, preservatives or flavour enhancers. Only ripe fruits and cane sugar are used.
The selected fruits come from Cova da Beira and the Algarve, where exceptional soil and climatic conditions ensure their excellent aroma.
The production takes place under strict controls, best hygiene and most modern technology. Through its own fruit cultivation, the use of traditional recipes and the most modern production techniques, Beirabaga is able to produce products of the highest quality.

Eigentlich nur zum Paket auffüllen bestellt, bin ich begeistert von dieser Orangenmarmelade. Sonst kaufe ich so alle 2-3 Jahre mal eine Chivers-Orangenmarmelade. Kein Vergleich. Während die englische Marmelade eher herb-fruchtig ist, ist diese wie eine gute deutsche Marmelade (was die Konsistenz angeht) und wie Orangensaft zum Aufs-Brötchen-Streichen (was den Geschmack angeht). Toll. Diese Marmelade hat mich dazu verführt, auch andere Produkte dieses Herstellers zu kaufen.
