With its greenish-yellow color, this oil extra virgine from controlled farming has got a fruity aroma, and a soft but dense flavor. It is perfect for tomato bread, for salads and to combine with other foods, whether raw or cooked.
Smell: fresh olives, tender radishes, fresh grass and green pepper.
