A whole fine, elegant, medium sized, light olive fruit without stone. Ideal for decorating and in salads.
For natural debittering, the fruits are put into an underground tank with sea salt water and spices for about three months.
Since the stone of the fruit has been removed, it is necessary to stabilize the olives with lactic acid (E270) and citric acid (E330). The fruits are not heated and are therefore also suitable for raw food.
Olives should always be stored in a cool and dark place, already opened glasses should always be used up quickly.
