Gordal, "The Fat One", originally from Andalusia. A large, whole olive with firm flesh and stone.
With a little chilli the fruit develops its full aroma. Gladly as an appetizer, in cocktails and for decoration.
In addition to natural debittering, the fruits are put into an underground tank with sea salt water for about three months.
A product without artificial additives or preservatives. The fruits are not heated and are therefore also suitable for raw food producers.
Always store olives in a cool and dark place. Glasses that have already been opened should always be used up quickly.
