500 g manioc flour
200 ml water
200 ml oil
1 tsp sea salt (Art.No. 5912)
500 g grated cheese
2 eggs

Bring oil, salt and water to the boil. Slowly mix with flour using a spoon. Allow to cool a little. Mix the still warm mixture with the eggs and cheese. Form the slightly sticky dough into balls and bake in the oven on a baking tray lined with baking paper for approx. 20-25 minutes at medium heat. Do not let them get too brown, otherwise they will become too hard after cooling down.
