Recipe for mango dip:
250 g dried mangoes
2 green chillies (medium hot)
1 piece of ginger
2 tablespoons sugar
Soak the dried mangoes in water for about 1-2 hours. Then boil the mangos until soft and puree.
Cut the other ingredients into small pieces and mash together.
Then boil the mango puree with the remaining ingredients in sufficient water until the mango dip thickens.
Please do not forget to stir constantly!
Ready is your exotic sauce for a fine spicy meat/fish dish. We recommend rice as a side dish.
