is characterized by a very pleasant, medium-hot taste. With a mixture of mango, sweet Algarve honey, fresh chilli Bhut Jolokia and vinegar. Excellent accompaniment to grilled meats, fish, seafood, sauces and salads.

Ingredients: mango pulp, vinegar, honey, chili bhut jolokia and xanthan gum, citric acid.
Storage: store started bottles in the refrigerator.
