As a spice for soups and herb quark, salads, vegetables, meat and fish dishes. Tastes very spicy .
As bath additive:
Leave 2 tbsp. dried lovage in 3 litres of cold water for 1 hour, bring to the boil briefly, strain after 10 minutes. Then pour into the bath water. Has a relaxing and soothing effect on rheumatic pains and cares for the skin.
Pour 250 ml boiling water over 1 teaspoon of dried lovage. Allow to infuse for 10 minutes. Ready! Perfect after heavy, fatty food and feeling of fullness.
Watch your step! Do not use during pregnancy, as it promotes contractions.
