1 Kg carrots
1 garlic cloves
Peel and slice the carrots. Cover the bottom of a pan well with olive oil.
Add the carrots. Peel, chop and add the garlic cloves.
Let it mash with the lid of the pan closed. A generous amount of olive oil is important.
Turn every now and then.
The carrots taste best when crispy.
Please don't miss the dot before the carrots become soft.
It can also be salted if necessary, but the garlic makes the vegetables quite spicy.
As a vegetable garnish.
Ideal as a starter (with fresh white bread)
Also highly recommended as a cold salad for a buffet.
Another tip: sprinkle with fresh coriander.
