Harvard professor Norman Hollenberg concluded from a study a positive effect of cocoa on humans.
Hollenberg found that epicatechin could reduce the incidence of four of the five most common diseases in the western world (stroke, heart attack, cancer and diabetes) to less than ten percent. Scientists at the University of Münster have discovered a new class of substances in cocoa that has a growth-promoting effect on skin cells and thus supports wound healing, treats skin damage, prevents wrinkles and reduces the risk of gastric ulcers."
With raw cocoa powder, the pressing process was very slow, followed by a gentle grinding process.

Recipe for Brigadeiros (Brazilian confectionery)
400 g condensed milk, sweetened (Art. No. 2035)
30 g butter
20 g cocoa, deoiled
100 g chocolate sprinkles
1 pinch vanilla (Art.No. 66117)
Put the sweetened condensed milk in a small saucepan and add the butter, vanilla and cocoa.
Heat the condensed milk at medium temperature, stirring constantly, but do not boil.
After about 10 minutes the cream becomes thick. Stir for another minute, then place the mixture on a plate and allow to cool.
When the cream has cooled properly, form small balls with lightly greased hands and roll in the chocolate sprinkles.
Place in the fridge until consumed. Hmmm...
