Take 2-3 fresh fruits of the season.
For example, mango, orange, banana, clementine, grapes, berries, etc.
Cut them into small ready-to-eat pieces.
Pour over 2-3 tablespoons of fresh, natural yogurt.
We like the Greek natural yogurt because of its pleasant taste.
Mix it all with the fresh fruits, and add 2-3 tablespoons of our nut-fruit mixture.
If you use sweet-tasting ripe fruits, this power breakfast does not need to be additionally sweetened.
If you like it sweeter, stir in some honey.
That's better than sugar.
