Preparation: The effectiveness of green tea depends on how you prepare it.
Take 1-1.5 teaspoons of green tea for two cups of tea.
Bring water to the boil and turn off the heat.
Put the tea in a container and pour the water, cooled down to 80°C, over the tea.
Pour the tea through a sieve into a teapot after 35 to 45 seconds at the latest, otherwise the tea will lose much of its effectiveness.
You can still use the same tea leaves a second or third time.
In addition to the stimulating effect (the tea in green tea is released slowly and wholesome in the metabolism, whereby it does not affect the circulation, but directly on the brain and central nervous system), the green tea is also valued for its favorable influence on the overall well-being. It has a basic metabolism and is extremely well tolerated. It contains a lot of vitamin C and essential oils, strengthens the immune system and warms the body.
This tea contains tannins and antioxidants. Especially an antioxidant is very strong: EGCG. 100% organic!
