The lemon is one of the sourest fruits with lots of vitamin C, riboflavin, thiamine, iron, magnesium, pantothenic acid, fiber, vitamin B6, potassium, copper, calcium and folic acid.

It does not lead to hyperacidity but is strong base-forming in the body.

There is hardly any other fruit that displays such excellent dehydrating, detoxifying, dissolving, astringent, hemostatic, germicidal, and warming effects as the lemon.

It contains so much vitamin C that 100g (≙ 2.20 US lbs) lemon juice covers half the daily requirement. Lemons are considered fruit and spice and are the base of many products.

Home and description:

Originally, the lemon comes from West Asia, southern China, and the Middle East. It was brought to the Mediterranean and the Iberian Peninsula in the 12th century by the Arabs as "linum". It needs a tempered climate and does not like too much heat and is also quite sensitive to cold. So she feels most comfortable in the subtropics. (Similar to the lime, which has its peak season in summer and is a wonderful alternative to the lemon.)

Lemon plants are evergreen, with thorns reinforced up to 7m high trees/shrubs. The pulp is yellow. The shell is rough to almost smooth. The color of the fruit depends on the temperature difference between day and night while the fruits are still hanging on the tree. Through cool nights in the winter months, they get their bright yellow color. Depending on how the climate is with us, citrus fruits can still be green and still juicy and tasty.

After harvesting, the shell of conventional citrus fruits is often brought in special plants for color change, so they look beautiful in the business. We do not do that.

Idea and determination:

The lemon helps to "let go". It breaks up old structures of thought and helps to shed light on the old and the hard and to exchange the negative, everlasting release loops of painful impressions.

Lemons are rich in vitamin C that our body needs daily. They are also rich in antioxidants, have an antibacterial effect, boost the immune system, and help the body eliminate toxins.

Lemons are complete and versatile. You can replace the vinegar in the salad with lemon juice, the fruity acid gives a pleasantly fresh taste.

Try to drink 1 glass of diluted lemon juice on an empty stomach every morning. After that take a shower, body care and so on, so that the juice can give its immune-strengthening effect in the morning.

And if the glass is really dirty, roll on a lemon, cut it and rub the glass surface under light pressure. Then rinse with a cloth and warm water and polish with paper or a dry cloth.
