Chamomile tea: Brew 1 to 2 heaped teaspoons of chamomile flowers with 1 cup of hot water, strain after 10 minutes. Drink chamomile tea warm, not hot.

Chamomile steam bath: Pour 1 liter of boiling water over 1 small handful of chamomile flowers in a container. Cover your head with a large cloth and breathe in the hot chamomile vapors for 5 to 10 minutes.
