Preparation:
The effectiveness of green tea depends on how you prepare it.
Take 1-1.5 teaspoons of green tea for two cups of tea.
Bring water to a boil and turn off the heat. Put the tea in a container and pour the water that has cooled to 80°C over it.
After 35 to 45 seconds at the latest, pour the tea through a sieve into a teapot, otherwise the tea will lose much of its effectiveness.
Feel free to use the same tea leaves a second or third time.
