Preparation of tea: Put 1 heaped teaspoon, about 4g, in a tea glass (0.2 liters) of boiling water and let it steep for a maximum of 5 minutes. Can be refined well with honey and/or fresh lemon. A good-tasting iced tea can be made for the warm season.
