Ground psyllium husks can be used in a variety of ways. In muesli, porridge, smoothie, yoghurt. You can also add a portion of ground psyllium seed husks to the dough mixture when baking rolls.
Application:
Please let the seed powder swell slightly first. Then drink and “top up” with 1-2 glasses of water afterwards.
Please ensure that you drink at least 1.5 liters of liquid.
