Honey from the sun-kissed sunflowers that grow here in Portugal. Sand-colored, like the most beautiful beach on the Portuguese coast. Characteristic, aromatic like its typical scent.
This honey has a special feature. It can only be thrown in the hottest season, August. A few days after harvesting and spinning, the crystallization process begins - the honey solidifies. A delicate task for the beekeeper who must not miss this moment. Initially liquid, it may arrive to you already crystallized.
