Port wine in decanter / Gran Cruz / Vinho do porto decanter, 750ml

Wine from the 2011 harvest made from traditional red Douro grapes, made using the port wine method, in which the fermentation of the must is interrupted by the addition of grape brandy. This wine comes from a single special harvest and is stored in barrels until bottling.

It goes well with desserts with eggs, nuts or candied fruits, such as the traditional bolo rei (Portuguese king cake).

Best served temperature slightly chilled, between 12 and 13ºC.
