Cockles in salt water 40/50.
They are extracted manually. In the factory we keep the mussels fresh and alive. They are steam cooked at 100ºC for a few minutes and then separated from their shells. The mussels are then hand-washed several times by the employees in large basins with purified sea water.
Note: use the opened can on the same day.
