Garlic slices give every dish the typical garlic flavor. This is slightly sweet, but at the same time spicy and somewhat burning. Just like regular garlic cloves, the garlic slices have a variety of uses.
They go well with meat, fish, game, soups, salads, casseroles as well as dips and dressings. They are also ideal for decorating dishes and enhance any dish.
You can also deep-fry garlic slices and then serve them with a risotto, for example.
