This is a spice blend specifically for steaks that you may have been waiting for for a long time.
A well-seasoned steak, rub on both sides with coarse sea salt, grill, adding the steak seasoning just before it's done so that the wonderful spices don't burn.

Purely private note:
We tried this mixture last summer with Brazilian friends (Brazilians are barbecue professionals by nature). Since my birthday party, people have been asking me again and again - vamos fazer for churrasco? - let's grill again?
