Sea buckthorn berries (Hippophaë rhamnoides) have a large proportion of vitamin C, vitamin E, which is activated by sea buckthorn vitamin C. They also contain many other active ingredients such as the fruit's own fiber. Vitamin B12 is also present. This vitamin is mainly supplied by meat and is therefore a very important vitamin for vegetarians. Vitamin B12 is created through a symbiosis with beneficial bacteria that are found on the outer shell of the berry.
The vitamins: Pro-vitamin A (carotene) contains 4-8 mg/100 g, vitamin B1 with 0.02-0.04 mg/100 g, vitamin B2 with 0.03-0.05 mg/100 g, Vitamin B3 Anonymus 2000 b, vitamin B9 with 0.8 mg/100 g, vitamin E with 5-15 mg/100 g, vitamin F and vitamin K with approx. 1 mg/100 g included. And don't forget the vitamin choline.

As a tea: simply put 2 teaspoons in a cup, preferably in a tea strainer, and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. The best way to sweeten this is with honey.
