Slightly spicy and refreshing.
Almost all parts of the plant such as leaves, flowers, buds and seeds are edible. They contain mustard oils and taste slightly peppery and spicy.
As a seasoning for salads, herb quark, egg dishes or on potatoes. The leaves in the salad can be used as a spicy highlight.
