Herbs de Provence is a herbal mixture from French cuisine. It consists of various culinary herbs that grow wild in Provence in southern France. The herbal mixtures can have different compositions. As a rule, rosemary and thyme are always used. Herbes de Provence the classic Mediterranean scent and taste. Goes well with all vegetable dishes such as tomatoes, aubergine, zucchini and salads. Complements poultry, lamb, stir-fried and grilled foods.
Tastes spicy and spicy and smells wonderfully aromatic.
