Ground chili of the Cayenne variety gives a good spiciness, with a slightly smoky, slightly bitter taste. They have an appetite suppressant effect, increase the secretion of stomach acid and have a digestive effect.
Cayenne pepper has its place among medicinal plants.
The key portion of the ingredients are the capsaicinoids, including capsaicin, which are responsible for the spiciness. The pungent substances also stimulate the pain and heat receptors in the skin and mucous membranes, thereby causing increased blood circulation.
There are also some body parasites that cannot make friends with capsaicin at all.

General information on Piri Piri / Chili products
Whether fresh or dried, or in sauces:
Always store chili products in a child-safe manner and keep children away when processing them.
Explain to your children why, a mere ban only makes them curious. The best protection is the explanation and the correct exemplary workmanship/use to show.
When handling and using very hot chili peppers/products, you should wear protective gloves, avoid skin contact, especially protect your eyes, and clean your hands and the dishes used well.
The best first aid (in our experience) if it happens:
In case of eye contact:
Contact an emergency doctor immediately, under no circumstances wash it with water!!!!
For burning in the mouth and esophagus:
Eat a piece of white bread or toast with as fatty Mascorpone cheese as possible, or any other fatty cheese, yogurt sweetened with sugar, milk sweetened with sugar. Definitely no water, that would just spread the spiciness. Then you'd better have an ice-cold beer. The active ingredient in chili, capsaicin, is fat-soluble.
