This exclusive cheese from Martins & Rebello is an aged cheese made from pure cow and sheep's milk with a very soft, ivory-colored consistency, a mild and balanced taste and an elegant, rustic sheep's note.

Careful selection and very special fine-tuning give the cheese a creamy interior and a less strong profile than traditional sheep's cheese. All this exquisite richness is preserved by a wax protection.

Ideal for special occasions, it stands out not only for its personality, its texture and the way it is consumed, but also for its harmonious taste.

It should be served a few hours after taking it out of the fridge. Remove the wax on the top and then scoop out the creamy paste with a spoon or knife.

Enjoy this exquisite cheese with strong red wines or vintage ports, red meat, charcuterie and a good selection of bread, toast or biscuits.

Weight varies between 450g-500g as it is a natural product.

This product can be offered in a natural shell, wax coated or vacuum coated. In the case of wax or vacuum coating, we recommend removing it 30 minutes before consuming the cheese to release the flavors and bring out the best characteristics.
The product is in a continuous maturation process with a natural decrease in water weight through dehydration.
