Please note - about the color of our citrus fruits
Do not be disappointed if the fruits have built up chlorophyll.
The chlorophyll is nothing else than the green color of the leaves, and it refers to a class of natural dyes formed by organisms that photosynthesize.
The greenish peel color of oranges shows off if oranges had been plentily sun-exposed.
So keep in mind, a greenish peel is a typical and an all natural reaction of citrus trees and their fruits, which have been kissed by the sun.
Please note, the fruits take over one year to ripen on the tree.
So imagine the situation after 18 months:
After this time on the tree, the fruits might not look that pretty by their peel's appearance, because the fruits hung there all the time and had a wind and weather exposure.

From the rule of thumb, we also know, that if the fruits have been stored dry and cool, at 8 ° C in the refrigerator, they will be a tastebud joy.
The storage outside of the fridge would make the shelf life very short, that is why we explicitly recommend the storage in the fridge.
We won't take responsibility for any fruit spoilage caused by storage outside of the fridge.
Please highly consider: our fruits are not preserved, and therefore all-natural and organic.
So we'd kindly ask you to order only the quantities that you can consume in a short period.
Our fruit fans confirm again and again the excellence of our fruits in their quality and praise our fair prices.
Come, cheer, and join us to the natural side of the fruit cultivation.

Another importancy
Since we have some Clementine varieties that evolved little but especially aromatic fruits, we also ship the small fruits.
If these have a very thin peel, it might take you some diligence to get it off the Clementine.
The pure magic of peeling Clementines the smart way:
Separate the fruit into four pieces first, and then it will be much easier to enjoy your fruit.
That is because the peel will come off much better if you do it this way around.

Further description and botany of the clementine
Clementines botanically belong to the shrub berry fruits and are coming in entirely different in sizes.
From big to medium sized, or rather small. That depends on the Clementine type.
From experience, we know that the little ones are most likely more aromatic than the bigger sized ones.
The number of seeds also varies from species to species.
Some of them have a little to almost no cores, while some are quite rich of those.
Spoken for our Clementines regarding the cores - we always assume that some of them may be present.
Please take note of the current variety is shown.
The species information you'll find above in the short description above the price.

Source of descent
Clementines are a refinement of the tangerines.
Both are one of the oldest citrus-fruits with a surprising origin - China.
There, the fruits were a privilege.
The Chinese reserved them for a long time only to the higher ranked society.
Clementines are also called "Mandarine" in the German language, which is said to be descending from the ruling dynasty of the Mandarin.

Determination – the deep sensed clementine
The mandarin/clementine is determined to be resilience and same time also for they're robustness.
The fruit stands for kindness and heartwarming.
It has been said that with the help of tasting clementines, sometimes obstacles can be met easier and those loads can be carried better.
