Cold pressed, a superior quality olive oil, is a combination of the best parts of Cobrançosa Olive and Arbequina Olive. Unexpected fine aromas of fruits and herbs, slightly nutty, form an aroma experience. Its taste is fine, mildly fruity, very harmonious and leaves a pleasant persistence in the mouth.
Combines well with white fish, seafood, Mediterranean dishes, salads, dessert and sweets.
