The value-determining portion of the ingredients are the capsaicinoids, including capsaicin, which are responsible for the sharpness. The pungent substances also excite the pain and heat receptors of the skin and mucous membranes, thereby increasing blood circulation. This effect is used for the external treatment of painful muscle tension in the shoulder-arm area as well as in the area of the spinal column, for example in warm patches.

ATTENTION: Not everyone can tolerate chili, so first test with small quantities.

No water at all, that would only spread the heat. Then you'd rather have an ice-cold beer. The active ingredient of chilli, capsaicin, is fat-soluble.
