Tree heather honey, caramel-colored, flowery, highly aromatic and a nuance-rich bouquet, reminiscent of marzipan and a little coconut, with a slightly bitter note. A very popular Mediterranean honey. A specialty and rarity. Cold hurled.

The tree heath is native to the Mediterranean areas. The tree heath loves untouched nature and the shade of laurel forests. However, the white flowers that are so popular among the bees are less and less common, as they often lack the necessary rain and frequently reduce the number of fires.
Our treeless honey is collected in the Protected Landscape Area of the Western Algarve in Portugal.
